Shipping, Tracking & Delivery
All domestic shipping is done with USPS Priority (2-3 day) and all international orders are also shipped with USPS via International Priority Flate Rate. Tracking information can be obtained online at http://www.usps.com/shipping/trackandconfirm.htm Delivery relies soley with the USPS and is completly out of the hands of Vapor Renu after pickup from our location. Returns & Replacements
Vapor Renu stands behind our products 100%. But due to health codes Vapor Renu cannot and will not accept any returns for any reason at any time. If you have any problems with the quality of any product(s) please contact customer service at (951) 893-5120 or contact us by email and state the reasons clearly with the issue of the product(s). Vapor Renu will take into concideration of the issues and come to a fair resolution if we are at fault. If you have recieved a damaged product(s) or the wrong product(s) that you ordered Vapor Renu will send out a replacment product(s) free of charge to the customer. Due to the fact that everyone has different taste prefrences and it is completely out of our hands that a customer simply dislikes a flavor. No refunds will be given at any time for "taste"  issues.
Liability
Vapor Renu accepts no liability in the misuse or mishandling of any of our products. We also accept no liability for events outside of our control, such as theft, broken, defective  or damaged packaging or products upon receipt or any other occurrence that might happen such as (but not limited to) leakage, spillage, improper handling or storage. Please always keep products in a safe secure place. Keep out of the reach of children and pets. Any of our products may be harmful or fatal to infants, children, domestic animals or pets if swallowed. Privacy & Securtiy
Vapor Renu takes our responsibility to protect the privacy and confidentiality of any customer information very seriously. We maintain physical, electronic and procedural safeguards that comply with applicable legal standards to store and secure client information from unauthorized access and use, alteration and destruction. Our own policies and procedures have been developed to protect the confidentiality of client information and to help achieve compliance with relevant rules and regulations. We hold our employees accountable for complying with those policies, procedures, rules and regulations.
Ordering
Because Vapor Renu sales at wholesale pricing levels to retail customers we sometimes get backlogged with orders. Although we strive to get most orders shipped within 24 hours, we ask that you give us 48 hours before inquiring about your order if you have not received shipping confirmation via e-mail. All orders received during business hours of Monday - Friday 6 A.M. - 6 P.M. Pacific Standard Time will be processed same day. Any order outside this time frame will be processed on the following business day. Vapor Renu is closed Saturday, Sundays and all major holidays. Orders placed during this time will also be processed on the next business day.
Payment, Pricing & Promotions
At this time Vapor Renu accepts Visa, Master Card, American Express, Discover. We will work on more payment methods in the future. Vapor Renu does not accept Checks, Cashier’s Checks, Money Orders or any other kind of payments at this time. Please email  jason@vaporrenu.com for more details. All pricing stands at time of checkout, no other discounts, credit, or money back is offered at any time. Vapor Renu runs current promotions and sends out discount codes randomly from time to time. These promotions and codes are subject to cancel at any time for any reason without furture notice.
Viewing Orders
To view orders and order status please login to your Vapor Renu account dashboard and click on the "My Order" tab. Order confirmations will also be mailed to your email account on file with us. If you have not received a confirmation by email please check junk mail before contacting Vapor Renu.
